Johnson Screen - High Manganese Steel, 1.50-3.70mm Widths | Continuous Slot Design, Non-clogging, Large Open Area For Enhanced Water Flow

We are exporting for our clients a wide range of Johnson Screen.
This is manufactured by a "V" or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded. The "V" or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, hence the screen allows water (oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities, while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well.

Material: low carbon wire, low carbon galvanized steel wire,high manganese steel , stainless steel wire ss304,ss316,ss316l.

Advantages:
Continuous slot: opening significantly increases the available open area, providing greater access to the water-bearing zone.
Non-clogging: "V" shaped or wedge shaped profile wire, avoids clogging, is self-cleaning and ensures an uninterrupted flow. Sand grains make only two point contact and don't wedge in the screen's inwardly enlarging slot.
Large open area: this allows more water to enter at much lesser frictional head loss and the efficiency of well is improved appreciably.
