JFE EVERTHARD 400 is a versatile, wear- and abrasion-resistant steel at 450 HBW that combines good bendability and weldability with guaranteed impact toughness.It can be used in many different components and structures that are subject to wear. JFE EVERTHARD 400 , with an extra 50 Brinell hardness over our 400 grade, provides better dent and abrasion resistance as well as longer wear life, so you can achieve even greater savings.JFE EVERTHARD 400 is an abrasion resistant steel with a nominal hardness of JFE EVERTHARD 400 . Typical applications are components and structures subject to wear. Available dimensions JFE EVERTHARD 400 are available in thicknesses of 3-130 mm. Both grades are available in widths up to 3350 mm and lengths up to 14630 mm. For widths 1600 mm and thicknesses between 3 and 6 mm, the preferred widths are 1500 or 1600 mm. For thickness over 80 mm the preferred width is 1650 mm.
