* SOLID PIJF - Unamoured Underground Cables 400 prs, 800 prs,
* CONSTRUCTION: Solid annealed copper 0.4, 0.5, 0.63 and 0.9 mm diameter
* INSULATION: Solid PE
* TWINNING: Two insulated conductors twisted into pairs
* STRANDING: 10 Pairs shall be stranded together to form a group or 2 x 10 pairs
* shall be made in group inner. Cables up to 100 pairs are formed by groups. For cable core is formed by units.
* FILLING: The water resistant Jelly-filling compound is applied to the air-space within the cable core
* WRAPPING: Suitable material tape is applied on the cable core.
* MOISTURE BARRIER: Poly Al tape of thickness ranging from 15 microns upwards. The metallic foil is applied longitudinally or helically with an overlap.
* INNER SHEATH: Polyethylene, Black.
* ARMOURING: Galvanized steel tape over bedding of two closed helical lapings of water proof cotton (or) polythene tape. JACKETING / OUTERSHEATH Polythylene Black
