1. Wheel head spindle is made of alloy steel,specially heat treated ground and lapped and its runs in adjustable type white metal bush bearing,Which give very high accuracy and excellent surface finish to work piece.

Tail stock :

1. tail stock is of single piece construction for maximum rigidity.

2. Hydraulic actuation of tail stock can be offered as optional.

Hydraulic :

1. Hydraulic power pack with 24 v D.C. Solenoid direction control valves is housed outside the machine

2. Extremely good thermal stability is achieved in the machine isolating the hydraulic unit
