Internal Gear Pump

Heli Engineers offer "KDLAAC" Brand internal gear pump Type "KIG" which is high precision and fuel pressuring type positive displacement internal gear pump which constructed by graded cast iron casting. Nitrided gears on shaft rotor with closed tolerance give better performance with long life. This pump is flange mounted which can be easily coupled with electric drives. These pumps are self priming type produce maximum vacuum pressure by the cavity between the gear teeth and modified profile teeth cutting give accurate capacity within the pressure range. These pumps are capable to shift liquid up to 500 CST viscosity and up to temperature 200oC. The sealing is done with mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage.
