Integral Spiral Blade Stabilizer is made from AISI 4145H modified alloy steel, and completely meets the requirement of API Spec 7-1 and SY/T5051-91 Standard. It is mainly used to stabilize the drilling tools in the process of drilling hole. It can be separated into Drill String and Near-bit types.

During the production process of Drilling tool stabilizer, traceability is maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products, and serial numbers are die-stamped on each work piece body. During each manufacturing process, inspection and test are performed to make sure that every piece is quality.

Hardfacing introduction:




1. HF1000 Crushed tungsten carbide held in a nickel bronze matrix. The 3mm grain size ensures greater concentration of carbide which is ideal for soft formation drilling.

2. HF2000 Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix. This will give a greater depth of carbide coverage -- ideal for high deviation drilling in abrasive formations.

3. HF3000 Tungsten carbide inserts set in a power spray deposit ideal for abrasive formation. 97% bonding guaranteed, certified by ultrasonic report. Recommended for non-magnetic stabilizers.

4. TCI Tungsten carbide inserts (button type). The inserts have been developed to allow cold insertion and maintain close fit.
