In China, Insulation Vulcanized Fibre produced from cotton linters as raw materials through alkaline cooking, bleaching, and zinc chloride treatment. The fiber is light and tensile with the hardness close to aluminum and weight as half of it. It has good mechanical processing performance and good insulation performance, with oil resistance, and can be processed in wide temperature range from -40a ~100a . Its superior performance qualify its wide usage in machinery, textile, electronics, railway, aerospace industries. Our insulation fiber products were made from mixed wood and cotton refining pulp through our unique manufacturing process and zinc chloride treatment.
