Silica Insulation Material

Our insulation material is generally used for operating temperatures up to 500oC or higher in intermittent periods, our insulation material is known for its high voltage resistance and high temperature resistance (especially in thick mica) properties. We are one of the renowned traders and suppliers of insulation material that provides outstanding insulation in areas that require no electrical or thermal degradation. Our insulation material is made up of layers of muscovite (M) or phologophite (P) micapaper that are impregnated with silicone resin binders.

Used for support or clamping and the rate of increase or decrease in temperature our insulation material is machined with carbide drills, end mills, cutting saws, and cutting tools. These machines help in designing complex profiles in thickness of up to 100 mm and diameters from 8 mm to 200 mm.
