Pre-Insulated Flanged Tail Pieces(Also Referred As Spool Pieces)

A Set of Flanges Tail Piece is recommended along with each Valtree Preinsulated valve or a strainer.

A Flanges Tail Piece is a Customised MS Flange Welded with a small MS Pipe Cut Length and further insulated completely except for the end portions of pipe length with Rigid Polyurathene Foam with 70 Kg/m3 density minimum.

These Flanged Tall Pieces help in best and advanced jointing mechanism i.e., on one side, they are easily assembled with valve/strainer with help of bolts, nuts & washers And on the other side they are welded easily with MS pipe with convenient welding process at project site itself.

The compression strength of these Flange Tail Pieces are designed such that they can conveniently withstanding the compression while tightening of bolts without any damage to the insulation.
