Instant Appam Mix:
Mix 3.3 teaspoons of rice powder with water and boil till it becomes
a thick pulp. To 500g rice powder, add ground coconut, a pinch of
cumin seeds (crushed), 1-2 small onions (paste), 1 pinch of yeast and 3
teaspons of pulp. Mix well to make a smooth batter (add water if
required). Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add salt to taste and make
appams.
