Inflatable Dock Shelters

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting an excellent quality of Inflatable Dock Shelters to our valuable clients. Inflatable sealers, series DSHINF, are installed in areas, where maximum effective hermetization and area temperature stabilization (for example, on the dispatch docks of the freezing storehouses) are required. During the loading and unloading works the car does not press to the sealer, as if using analogs of the curtain type. Air cushions of the sealer press out the car body from every quarter, providing the best sealing. Hard-wearing material of the air cushions a Corduraa possesses high rupture strength. During the works the truck body partly drives into the sealer. Top and side cushions are inflating, providing high impermeability between the car body and the building. After completion of works the cushions have to be bled. The control of inflatable sealers may be performed from the leveling platform control panel (if using special control unit with function of inflatable sealer control). When using this type of sealers it is required to install the tracks for wheels or metal bump stops in the area before dock. The installation is performed using the superimposed method.
