Industrial Voice Alert Module

Industrial Voice Alert Module (IVA-01) is an unique innovative product which can generate voice alerts based on the commands on the IP network. IVA-01 has industry standard Modbus TCP/IP protocol through which the device can be easily interfaced with most of the PLCa s , SCADA and control systems.

IVA-01 runs on 32bit controller and can support wide variety of audio files. IVA-01 has 24bit codec to give clear voice and also has Micro-SD card storage which can support up to 4GB memory.

ISMS-01 supports Industry standard Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU (RS485) protocol. ISMS-01 can operate in two modes viz (i) Monitor Mode and (ii) Trigger mode.

Monitor Mode
In this mode IVA-01 can monitor different tag parameters as per the configurations. If the tag vales exceeds certain threshold values then the module will trigger the preconfigured voice message. If there is many alert conditions simultaneously then IVA-01 will play the high priority message first and other messages follows after that.

Trigger Mode
In this mode IVA-01 will not read any tags or other systems information. IVA-01 will act as Modbus Slave device and will provide voice alert service to the control network. All the voice alert messages are preconfigured to particular Modbus register. Other systems like PLC or SCDA or any other control systems can trigger the voice alert by writing to the modulea s register.
