Flash Dryer

The flash dryer is mainly designed to remove the free moisture from certain products for instant drying of materials. The material is dispersed in a blast of hot air that pushes it to a drying duct at great speed. This system combines the rotary effect and drying, for instant drying of wet powders. The particles move quickly and dry in a few seconds.

Flash dryers are used for drying of wet cakes which are sensitive to heat. There are different variations of flash dryers available depending upon the need to disperse the wet cake or pastes.
