Several layers of plain or twilled woven wire mesh and perforated metal(standard material AISI304) are sintered together to make this special type of material.It enjoys the advantages of superior backwash, low pressure drop. It can be used in water treatment, beverage, food, metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

1.The material of perforated metal plate is AISI304, or AISI316L.
2.Special shaped product can be made on request.

Characteristics:
1. Strength: As the fourth layer do support, with high mechanical strength and compressive strength.
2. Easy to clean: As a result of surface of the filter material, having means for cleaning characteristics, especially suitable for backwashing.
3. Easy processing: suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, drawing, welding and other processes.
4. High temperature: 480 A Ccan withstand high temperatures.
5. Corrosion resistance: As a result of SUS316L, 304 materials, the corrosion resistance.

Easy to clean:because of nice surface filtering structure for backwash, sintered wire mesh is easy backwash, then it can be used again and again, and has long work life.
