Induction Heating Device

Following are the Main Features of Induction Heating Device :-Medium frequency induction heating device penetrates deeply and thoroughly. 600KW electric circuit divided into 500KW circuit and 100KW circuit, first for heating and second for heat preservation. Its working temperate is 530A -600A .

Adopting IGBT solid induction heating power to anneal to improve ductility and stability of steel bar.

Accurate temperature, frequency and heating time control ensured the refinement of crystal structure in reformed steel bar, which increased the physical property of steel bar greatly to match its mechanical properties of high-strength , high ductility and high anti-seismic.

Using Chinese operator interface and PLC to control rolling mill speed, heating temperature and heating time. All type of temperature control menu is easy to operate.

Using infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of steel bar when coming out from the induction.

Using "a " character like stainless guide wheel between induction heating devices to fix the steel bar in the central line, therefor prevent steel bar from bending. It reduces the damage to induction and increase its life time.
