Impact Pulverizer Version (Bravo)

Being established in Delhi, India we are engaged in exporting, manufacturing and supplying Impact Pulverizer Version (Bravo). It is ideal for pulverizing of rigid Plastics content. It comprises specially designed alloy steel liner which is in half round shaped. Liner's upper part is cooled by water flow to maintain from 40 C to 50 C temperatures.

Product Features:
1. Hammer: Sixteen hammers fitted with rotary block.
2. Cooling Jacket: Five water cooling jackets to keep entire body cool.
3. Bearing House: Fabricated with MS body fitted with water jacket for longer and troubles free service.
4. Frame: Fully reinforced to absorb any types of vibration.
5. Control Panel: Equipped with starter voltmeter, ampere meter, rotary switch and phase indicating lamps.
6. Dosing Device: for automatic feeding to enhance smooth/uniform feeding.
7. Cyclone: with water and air cooled conveyor pipe to keep Pulverized material cooled down for storage/recycle and to enhance production capacity.
