Working Principle:
Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which utilizes impact energy to crush materials. Its working principle is as follows:
Driven by the motor, rotors rotate at a high speed. The hammers on the rotor also rotate at a high speed. When the materials are firstly crushed by hammers, then thrown to the impact plate for secondary crushing, and then rebounded and crushed again by hammers. This pattern is repeated until the materials are completely crushed to the desired size, and then the materials are discharged through the outlet.The granularities and shapes of finished materials can be changed by adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotors.
