The working principle of Impact Crusher: The high speed motor fitted in the impact crusher drives and rotates the rotor. The material shifted to the hammer affected area at high speed is moved to the impact device fitted above the rotor continuously. For further re-crushing, the material is rebounded to the hammer affected area. All the material starting from small and large are crushed in the impact chamber repeatedly. It is an ongoing process until the material is crushed as per the needed sizes. After proper crushing, the material is released from the outlet of our impact crusher.
