Ingredients :
- Par Boiled Rice Rice Semolina
- Black Gram Dhal
- Salt
- Sodium Bicarbonate
- Malic Acid
- Fenugreek and
- Asafoetida.
- To the contents of this pack add 375-400ml of water for every one cup of mix without heap add 1 cups of water and mix well to get smooth batter.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Lightly grease a set of Idli moulds with oil.
- Gently stir the batter once and pour into Idli moulds.
- Steam for 1013 minutes after water begins to boil. If pressure cooker is used, do not apply the weight.
- Serve with PRIYA Curry Leaf Powder, Idli Karam, Nallakaram
