Our Idler Roller Conveyor where the power to the rollers is transmitted via chain and sprocket drive. Chain driven roller conveyors provide good positive drive for heavy loads such as crates, drums, cartons and pallets. An added benefit of this system is that it can be adapted to give low pressure accumulation (Mechanical system built into the rollers) enabling the conveyor to be controlled to store or accumulate product on it when required, and released gradually as desired for further transport or processing. Generally used for short to medium conveyor lengths, Drum, Crates, Boxes, Transfer cars, shuttles and turning devices.
