These Ice Maker Evaporator systems of Lier are designed as a firm, immobile and vertical unity, and the mode of ice making is scraping internally. In this way, screw ice blades scrape ice in the inner wall of the evaporator and turn round anticlockwise, so as to reduce the friction between ice blades and the evaporator. Apart from that, leakage of refrigerant agent can be greatly prevented due to the reliable sealing in the evaporator. To make the evaporators more perfect, we adopt the technology of automatic argonarc welding in evaporators making. The shell of the evaporator as a whole is molded at a time, well-formed and beautiful in shape.

The design of spiral flute in the evaporator greatly expands the evaporation area, and hence ice made from it appears drier and more beautiful. What is more, it wona t become deformed in the condition of low temperature and low pressure even for long time use. In this way, the life span of evaporator and flake ice system as a whole is largely extended.

As for the materials, our evaporators are made of SUS304 stainless steel, SUS316 stainless steel and chrome plated carbon steel. The ice blades are also made of SUS304 stainless steel.
