ICE CANDY PLANT
Ice candy Plant :COMPRESSOR : Sealed hermatic compressor
CONDENSER : Air cooled condenser with fan and motor
EXPANSION VALVE : Thermostatic expansion valve to suit the unit
BRINE TANK : The Brine tank shall be fabricated with Stainless Steel sheet and shall
be duly insulation with thermocole sheet.
OUTER BODY : The Outer body of the Ice candy shall be fabricated out of MS powder coated , the inner tank shall be fixed in the outer body.
COOLING COIL : Copper pipe coil shall be wrapped in the tank which shall cool the brine.
BASE : Heavy duty angle iron base shall be provided to accommodate the condensing unit and tank.
CONTROL PANEL : it consists of all the necessary accessories viz.., Digital Thermometer, Temperature control switch, Hand shut off valve, Ampere meter, Volt meter, Switch for compressor motor, Indication lights, Suction and discharge gauges, Energy meter High pressure cut out switch, Solenoid valve etc .
