The machine is built of heavy duty casting which supports the saddle & column of the vertical feed mechanism.

The grinding wheel spindle is mounted on preloaded grease packed super precision angular contact anti-friction bearings, ensuring trouble mounted motor ( To eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings. The wheel head assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free. The carriage is perfectly hand scraped and matched guide ways provided to achieve maximum accuracy and surface finish.
