Hydraulic Press Lab Model

The "CHEMPLAST" hydraulic press is laid out as four column press. The machine can be used to produce all kind of flat samples in the laboratory. Working dimension are laid out for all laboratory standards and for the use of mould.

Press force can be set with a hydraulic pressure control unit between 10 and 100%.

A pressure gauge shows the actual pressure.

All functions are controlled by valves and controller system.

All hydraulic units are connected on a vlave bank. Heating energy is provided by a plate type heater.

Plate temperature will be controlled with PID temperature controller. Hydraulic Press Lab Model
Any polymer having softening temperature ranging from 40 C - 300 C can be tested.

Separate heating and cooling zones.

Pressure up to 150 kgs/cm2.

Press body: Press body mfg. from 4 No. fine machined hard chrome plated tie bar.

Up & Down push button switch provided in Panel Board for middle plate up & down position.
