Hydraulic Multi Daylight Press can be hot or cold press depending upon product and cost requirements. It uses hydraulic pressure to press strips, blocks or sheets using glue to form a thicker and denser sheets.

We manufacture the machinery along with its hydraulic power packs, control panel and similar accessories. We have provide hydraulic press for single and multiple daylights. Platens used for pressing are made from precision sheets and all parts are inspected and complete trials are taken before dispatch.

Plastic/laminate/bamboo/wooden strips or sheets when applied with glue and pressed at high pressure and temperature they take up the size similar to the form in which the pressure is applied. Layers of these strips/sheets too can be joined and can be used domestically and commercially. This forms the laminated boards/bamboo/wooden boards. There are wide ranges of glues to determine the use the product formed. The press is actually a stepping stone, which can be used for one or more purposes. These machines are designed as per customer specific requirements for wood, bamboo, plastic and other material processing.
