Technical Features

• The press structure is study, designed to withstand rated capacity, Fabricated from quality structure steel.
• The hydraulic cylinder units are designed to the rated capacity, precisely machined & honned to ensure leak free smooth operation.
• Rams are made of quality alloy steel, precisely machined, ground & hard-chrome platted to increase the seal life, ensures leak free operation, prevents rusting of rams & for smooth operation.
• Efficient hydraulic power-pack, provided with high & low pressure pumping units to reduce cycle time
• Power consumption is less as the system is provided with pressure holding facility. The system automatically cuts OFF the electric motor once the set pressure is attained & the same is maintained until strapping of bale.
• Bale height control system is provided to get consistency in bale size.
• The hydraulic oil (68 Grade) required is only 120 to 140 Ltrs, depending on various models, non-consumable as the same is re-circulated. Suction strainers are provided to ensure entry of clean oil into the system. Oil level temperature indicator is provided on the power-pack.
• The system is provided with safety relief valves to safeguard over loading of the Hydraulic system & electric motor.
• CARE has been taken in all respect to make our product efficient, maintenance free & economical.
