Key Features

We offer our clients with Husk Crusher that is generally used for decreasing the hardness of the husk, which is considered to be the first and foremost process in a De-Fibering Unit. The crusher that we offer comprises two rollers, which are coupled with a Gear box and motor. Husk is fed in between the two rollers and this is done with the support of a movable conveyor system. Further, each roller has almost 400 spikes attached to it. All these components ensure that the hardness of the husk fed into the system is reduced, without causing any kind of damage to the fiber. Our heavy-duty crusher comprises two crushing rollers, which are furnished with anti-friction ball bearings, along with gear systems. The crusher also has a dust proof chamber that only protects the driving arrangements, but also the bearings. Further, in order to transmit fluctuating loads, the machine is provided with a reduction gearbox.
