This is the first mill of its kind using all continuous stands right from roughing stand to finishing stand. WSIPL have supplied the complete turnkey solution for electrical and dc drives and automation. This is fully automatic plant having 9 continuous stands of 2000 kw, 1500 kw, 1000 kw, 750 kw, 750 kw, 750 kw, 750 kw, 3 vertical stands of 200 kw each, 3 drives at pinch rolls and coilers of 50 kw each. All the drives are dc digital drives.

Apart from this WSIPL have also supplied complete electrical for 6 steel tube mills and small strip mill for the same company (shivam dhatu udyog).
