Hot Runner System Moulds

We manufacture hot zone brand standard hot runner nozzles, they are called HS series nozzles, in various sizes to choose from and custom designed menifolds.

HS series of hot runner nozzles are available in three different diameters and each diameter is available in three different lengths. Hence it covers part weight of minimum 10 grams to maximum of 1.5 kg. Nozzles are of replaceable tip type and 5 different types of tips are available to choose as per the application and they are Standard tip, Standard tip with BeCu probe, Open tip, Valve gate tip and Spru gate tip

MOC of the nozzles and manifold are of hot working steel and tips are hardened for wear resistance. Heaters used are of advanced concept, high performing and reliable.

Every part has its own mould design, depending on part wt., part geometry, type of polymer, number of cavities, gate type etc. Type of nozzle and tip will have to be selected prior to the mould design. Manifolds have to be designed as per the individual mould layout design.
