Hot Runner System is used to save the plastic material, secondary operations, to get better product quality. Recommended for use in all applications with commodity grade plastics (PE, PP and PS). The manifold assembly is supplied with all related components. The upper steel spacer and the central steel spacer are supplied blank and must be adapted to the mold by the mold maker.To ensure a good thermal insulation we suggest to have a minimum of 10 mm spacer thickness (titanium + steel). Foresee the cable outlet to
the upper side of the mold.
