It is Thermal Ink Rolls are hot melt inks impregnated in foam. At room temperature these ink rolls are hard, dry and easy to handle. Upon heating in the Control Print HRC+, this ink roll softens and heated type rotates on the Inkroll. The inked type then makes contact with the packages substrate result in a coded product.

Thermal Ink Rolls dry instantly on contact with the packaging substrate. They are non-hazardous and contain no solvents and cannot spill, splash or create a mess.

The Control Print HRC+ is locally manufactured at our Nalagarh unit. Designed and developed internally, this machine is economical and best suited for the Indian envoirnment.
