Machine design principle:

The hotmelt adhesive powder is installed in the hopper, the powder is filled in the hole of the engraving roller by the blade until the hole is filled and the engraving roller is heated to make the powder melt and bond into a mass form.After heating the base cloth through the engraving roller, the powder dot is bonded to the base cloth because of the heat transfering. In this way, the powder dots are the same size, and arranged according to the pattern of the engraving roller, the powder dots are even and neat, and have better bonding effect.
