These Hot Feed Extruder is composed of machine body, head, decelerator, motor, etc. Both the screw and bush are made of 38CrMoALA high quality nitrided steel and have good abrasive resistance. The screw has double thread with equal depth, in equidistant and convergent pitch. The machine body is made of cast steel. The load-bearing capability and life are improved greatly by using 9039 series of primary bearing.
