These are available in various sizes and specifications. Operating procedures are as following: According to the elbow size select the main pushing pump-- As per the elbow size select the speed -- feeding, close gate --After the mandril been heated to a suitable temperature begin pushing (during working the pushing speed is adjustable) -Reaching the end point, pushing machine stop automatically- Strobe fix the core rod -- feeding -- release the strobe, pushing machine return to the end point -- strobe leave the core rod 5mm starting pushing Note: 1, Main pump can be used the same time when working, in general, using one. 2, Return pump can not be used the same time, only one start and one spare. 3, Feed pump can be used only when feeding . 4, Main cylinder ,make the safe pressure at 25Mpa,make the attached cylinder safe pressure at 10MPa. 5, The actual stroke should be less than the maximum stroke .Both sides of the pushing plate are away from the actual end-point 50-80mm, so as not to run to the tanks at both ends of cylinder piston , crash cylinder flange, resulting to equipment damage. (Trip switch should be replaced once every two months to ensure normal work.) 6, Attached cylinder adjustment is controlled by hand-directional valve and adjusted according to the elbow size.
