We provide an extensive range of horizontal ribbon mixer to our clients. In our range the mixing cycle is very quick and is suitable for mixing two or more ingredients. A ribbon paddle type auger is mounted on the mixer shaft and passes the material from one end of the mixer to the other while is tumbled within the mixer. Discharge opening is offered at the bottom to assist in fast discharge. These are ideal where thick material like (molasses) up to 10% is added. The Premium horizontal mixer has a main body made from steel plates of sufficient thickness to give rigidity and robustness and stiffeners are provided properly. The shaft is supported on self aligning bearings on which the blender ribbons / paddle is mounted. The ribbon angle is adjusted to give utmost mixing efficiency.
