The windings are made of polyster film wrapped water proof copper winding wires. The rotor laminations are fitted with E.C.grade copper rods, and at ends brazed with forged copper end rings, mounted on stainless steel shaft. The motors shaft is hardened and ground to ensure long life. The shaft supported by two journal bearings lubricated by water, requiring absolutely no maintenance. A stainer is fitted at the inlet to prevent entry of solid particles. The pumpsets are manufactured an tested in accordance with ISI standards.
