1.Material of grinding chamber:the inner wall of the grinding chamber is made of silicon nitride ceramics which has high wear resistance , good thermal effect and no pollution(non-discolouring).
2.Rotor mixer:turbine structure and high wear-resistant ceramic materials highly improve the grinding efficiency and the life of the turbine disk.
3.Segregation apparatus:with large flow area gap,the machine can use small grinding medium and it will not happen blocking when there is a big flow volume.Good heat dissipation and narrow distribution of the particle size eusure the big flowing and circulating of the discharging.The gap separator is made of pure Zirconia materials and so it will have a long service life.
4.Sealing material: PTFE/special rubber,corrosion resisting,solvent resisting.
5.Mechanical seal:with the large end force pressurization,mechanical seal adopts the round steel finishing production process which ensure the good concentricity of the power transmission and highly improve the use life of the seal.
