Our wide array of industrial batch ovens sets the standard for industrial processing applications. The ovens produced by our company provides high performance and reliability, standard chamber capacity ranging from 500-14,000 liters, at temperature up to 250 A C, 425 A C and 625 A C. Our horizontal type air circulating drying ovens are made of ferritic stainless steel interior. The outer part of this oven is produced by mild steel clad with zinc coated steel sheet. The high thermal efficiency is achieved by the use of low thermal mass insulation and horizontal airflow is achieved via heavy-duty impellers at 1400 rpm driven by three phase electric motors (vertical airflow is available on selected models). A temperature uniformity of +5 A C to within 100 mm of the walls and roof and 150 mm of doors and floors. There are various models fitted with side-hinged doors, either single or double, depending on size of the oven. Its vertical doors are fitted as standard equipments on large volume 600 A C (over 1m3) and remain optional for other models.
