DF S.r.l F500L Homogenizing mixer. Vessel details: vertical, cylindrical, tilted with collar, bottom of vessel is rounded, jacket has rounded bottom and covers the entire construction of the vessel. Capacity of vessel 600 ltr, working capacity 500 ltr and minimum working capacity 125 ltr. Machine is all 316 stainless steel with side scrapes. Maximum temperature 90 degrees C. All stainless steel complete with contra rotating blades which are inverter controlled with speed up to 50 RPM, side scrape, gated stirrer, homogenizer mounted centrally at the bottom of the vessel, speeds up to 2400 RPM controlled by an inverter, electrically heated water jacket with temperature control, automatic hydraulic lift and tilt, vacuum pump and separate control panel. Inlets/outlets and ancillaries: vessel cover has a vacuum inlet with gauge and timer control, sight glass with light and rotary washing heads.
