Highly Functional Orifice Scrubber

This orifice type of scrubber is maintenance free as the same is pump-less in operation (i.e., circulation of liquid is not required, which is normally required by any conventional scrubber). The orifice scrubber has two compartments, one with gas inlet nozzle and other with outlet air/gas nozzle. Contaminants like vapour/dust/gas are conveyed from the hoods/vessels/ducting to the scrubber inlet and pass through orifice venture slot provided over the water/liquid level. As the area through venturi is quite less compared to the other places, very high air velocity through orifice venture breaks the liquid in micronic droplets. The other compartment of the scrubber will have mist eliminator, which will separate all the droplets from the air stream and clean air comes out from the scrubber outlet.
