Our range of High Speed Tablet Press available with following Features:- Availability: Riddhi press comes in 29 , 35, 37, 45, 47 station Maximum tablet output: 2900-4700 tablets per minute Outstanding features of riddhi press: * 29 - 35 Stations Press are specially designed to compress DS, Capsule & Oval shaped tablets of length 23 & 19 mm respectively. Round tablets of diameter 23mm (25.4 mm on demand) can be compressed on 29 station press. * Force Feeders are provided to regulate uniform flow of large volume of granules at high speed. Force Feeders are with variable speed drive to feed granules at desired rate. Standard feed frames are also supplied along with the machine. This facilitates in compressing certain products where force flow feeders are not suitable. Unique clutch system to start and stop the machine to avoid abnormal load on the machine. Upper punch penetration system - This facilities in setting of compression position in the Die. * Upper punches are covered with acrylic dust guards. Lower punch seals can be provided, to reduce jamming of lower punches to some extent. Turret with key slots essential for shaped tooling provided on 29,35 & 37 station press. (Optional on 45 & 47 Station Press). * Machine is totally enclosed. This reduces the noise level and prevents to & fro flow of dust between compression zone and compression room. Large paint free compression zone to meet GMP norms.
