Our HPDC dies have excellent surface finishes that are consistent dimensional features and have minimum draft. We are a one stop source for engineered aluminium die casting parts with complete Post PDC finishing operations, which include CNC/VMC/HMC machining, Chromotizing, Anodizing, Leak testing, Vacuum impregnation etc. Bagla group has 50 Die Casting machines ranging from 150 tons to 1600 tons. Around 1000 tons of aluminium is consumed per month for die casting activities. We produce HPDC parts in the range of less than 50 gms up to 8.5 kg.
