Introduction
The Circulator Bath is designed to control the temp. of samples in close circulation. The Bath can be used for Calibration application.
The test sample in tubes/beakers can be directly immerse in vessel/bath. The precise control will be achieved by Microprocessor PID Auto tune/self tune controller with recirculating of the bath liquid.
The inner chamber of the Bath is made of 16 SWG S.S.304 quality & equipped with low liquid level cut-off and high temp. cut-off. The outside chamber of the bath will be made of Mild Steel duly powder coated.

- The outer chamber will be having the dimn. considering the reqd. insulation of cerwool
- BATH COVER: Flat type made of S.S. 304 quality or Insulated if required and ordered
- CAPACITY: The Circulating Bath will be having the capacity to accommodate 4 mix test tube rack and/or 10 to 15 Nos. of 250ml. Beakers with provision to hold the beakers.
- TEMP. RANGE: 5 Deg. amb. to 200 Deg. C with 0.1 Deg. accuracy. Other range upto 250 Deg. C available
- TEMP. STABILITY: +/- 0.02 Deg. C subject to placement of the bath in A.C. Room without having direct air draught from doors, windows, fan, etc. and there should be no variation in the ambient temperature. Further, following points should be considered for achieving the offered stability.
- Liquid/Bath media used
- Changing of the load etc.
- TEMP. DISPLAY: By Digital LED with 0.1 Deg. C Accuracy
- HEATER CAPACITY: 1500 W Approx.
- PUMP CAPACITY & RE-CIRCULATION: Approx. 6/8 litre per min. without load. However, it depends upon the viscosity of the bath media.
- Sample rack made of stainless steel. Please inform us the size.
- Bath liquid silicone oil or high therm synthetic oil. Requirement of oil appx. 15 litre.
- Zeal or equivalent make calibrated standard thermometer having range 0 to 200 Deg C with Certificated from our associated M/s Nova Calibration Centre.
