High Power LED Testing and Sorting Machine is an automated testing & sorting machine to classify High Power LED efficiently. It is available 64 Bins for loading and with buffers at unload section to prevent stopping during production. Matched with our computer testing system GT160 to sort LEDs into different bins rapidly and precisely. In addition, it adopts MITSUBISHI intelligent LCD Touch-screen,the design of easy operation panel, three-color warning lights and buzzer which can inspect the system timely. Moreover,the modularization design let users can easily change the jigs for various High Power LEDs under test and reduce maintenance cost.
