Manual spray working process:
1. Suspension conveyer track: the workpiece is hung in the upper part area by the worker after the control room controls the speed of the suspension conveying system with the worker spraying.The workpiece is then sent to the curing oven to be bake and unloaded to the unloading area.
2.spray room: the workpiece is sent into the spray room through the suspension conveying system, the powder is transported to the spray gun through the portable powder spraying machine, and the worker walks up the steps and picks up the spray gun and starts to do manual spraying at the station.The advantage of manual spraying is that workers can control the spray direction according to their own experience and can spray without dead angle.A small fraction of the powder left after spraying is pushed by the workers into the grooves.The powder is inhaled by the powder recovery system under the action of the ventilator.The filter filters the impurities in the powder, and the powder falls and is scraped off by the worker and used again.The powder recovery system is removable, and if you need to change colors, simply replace the filter and Clean the inner wall or replace a powder recovery system.
