Features:

1. Mast shaft is fabricated from high tensile steel which is confirming to BSEN 10025 or equivalent.
2. Available in three point of suspension.
3. We use 350 kg to 1500 kg Double drum winch, is rust proof.
4. Availability of detachable lantern carriage.
5. Material is processed in seven tanks and zero discharge galvanizing process.
6. All Physical test facility is available in Plant.
7. Trailing cable is confirming to IS 9968 (P-I) for safety and durability.
8. Mast containing head frame which have stainless steel axel with anti rotation clamp to prevent damage of axel & smooth rolling of cable and rope.
9. Heavy duties drive chain (1/2 inch pitch) for lifting the lantern carriage.
10. Use best quality of Motor operated by mechanically & manually.
11. Hot dip Galvanized (exposed Portion) high tensile studs are supplied with nuts, washer and anchor plate to cast into the foundation is supplied for each mast. Common template is providing for precisely setting the bolts.
12. All winch & Motor is tested with proper load before dispatch.
13. Structural Design is checked for all orders before production.
