TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Validity of the offer till 15th January 2019.

2) Delivery Period 30 Days after the receiving of PO (Purchase Order) from buyer side.

3) SGS or any third party inspection charges will be bear by Buyer.

4) All LC bank charges in Buyer's origin will be bear by Buyer only.

5) Confirmation of order within the given validity is necessary to process the order.

6) Payment Terms 100% LC at Sight.
