High pressure medium speed grinder can be called for short as high pressure grinder, it is a new type grinding equipment which designed by designing department of our enterprise, high pressure grinder is promoted basing on many yearsa experience our technicist have, it start a new era of high efficiency and low consumption of grinding machinery.
High pressure medium speed grinder mainly composed by main machine body, fineness analyzer, air blower, powder collector, bag-type dust collector and connecting duct. Crusher, elevator, storage silo, vibrating feeder and control cabinet could be assembled according to clientsa requirement. In the main machinery body, roller and component hang on the hanging bracket by axle, hanging bracket connects with principal axis and relieving tool post, pressure spring is on the Roller bearing chambera s cantilever, it makes roller stick on the grinding ringsa inside. When motor drives the principal axis to turn around, relieving tool and roller synchronization rotate, roller revolves on its axis when rolls in the grinding ring. Motor drives analyzera s impeller to rotate, the faster impeller rotates; the finer powder will be collected.
