Hexamine Plant

We are technology leaders In the design and fabrication of Gas reaction based plants for the manufacture of Hexamine in India. Over the period of last one and half decades, we have improvised and developed an indigenous technology of Hexamine manufacturing which is extremely cost effective and easy to implement. The impressive characteristics of our methodology in the manufacture of Hexamine are:

* The plant outlay is highly economical and involves low initial investment.
* Plants designed by us have a high yield of Methanol to Hexamine i.e.1550 Kgs. of Methanol to 1000 Kgs of Hexamine.
* Low consumption of Ammonia i.e. 515 Kgs. per ton of Hexamine.
* Economical power consumption of only 350 KW per ton of Hexamine produced.
* It is also low on steam consumption of only around 200 Kgs. per ton which is readily available from the formaldehyde plant. Thus a dedicated Boiler is not required.
