Following Details of Heat Exchanger :

MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTIONS: -
- Shell: - MS ERW pipes or rolled from MS plates
- Tubes: - Plain copper tubes
- Tube Sheets: - MS plate
- End covers: - Fabricated from MS plates

- Connections: -

Shell side: MS Pipe with companion flanges.
Tube side: MS Pipe with companion flanges.
Painting: Synthetic enamel paint after two coats of red oxide primer.

Pressure testing: -
Shell side:- 350 psi - Hydraulic
Tube side: -350 psi - Pneumatic

Special Condensers: -Our Standard chillers are designed & fabricated as per good engineering practice. However we can provide Chillers as per design codes IS, ASME & TEMA. We can also provide chillers with other materials such as MS or stainless steel tubes and SS shells.
